By registering, booking, or participating as an exhibitor through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Exclusive Representation (India Market)

For all partnered exhibitions, Venere Giove Benedizione Ltd. and its parent company Global Trade Expo hold an exclusive tie-up for the India market. All exhibitor participation from India must be routed through us unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Reporting of Sales & Bookings

All sales, bookings, and enquiries whether direct or indirect generated through our platform or through exhibitor engagement related to partnered exhibitions must be fully and accurately reported to the respective exhibition organizers and partners.

Pricing Policy

The cost charged to exhibitors will be exactly the same as charged by the main organizer of the exhibition. No additional fees, markups, or hidden charges will be applied by Venere Giove or Global Trade Expo.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payments within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of the booking without liability to us.

Confirmation of Participation

Exhibition space, booth allocation, and participation are subject to final confirmation by the main organizer. We act as an authorized partner and facilitator and do not guarantee allocation until officially confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Any cancellation, refund, or amendment requests will be governed strictly by the cancellation and refund policy of the main exhibition organizer. We shall not be held responsible for any refund delays or rejections decided by the organizer.

Changes by Organizer

The exhibition organizer reserves the right to modify event dates, venue, floor layout, or other event-related details. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund unless permitted by the organizer's policy.

Use of Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor information provided during registration may be shared with exhibition organizers and official partners strictly for event-related communication, coordination, and marketing purposes.

Compliance with Exhibition Rules

Exhibitors must comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by the exhibition organizer, venue authorities, and relevant government bodies.

Limitation of Liability

Venere Giove and Global Trade Expo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, travel restrictions, or venue-related issues.

Misrepresentation & Misuse

Any false information, misrepresentation, or misuse of the exhibition platform may result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, UK. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England, UK.
